Instructions for registration and oral and poster presentations NEWS!!!

Everyone who plan to participate in the 7IEIC must register and pay through the online form below. Abstract submission must also be done through this form, either at the same time or separately BEFORE FEBRUARY, 15th.

Non accepted abstracts will have the option of asking for reimbursement.
Each registered participant can send up to two abstracts, either as a poster or oral presentation. Those authors who wish to submit two abstracts, as well as the ones who wish to do it deferred, must fill out the online form twice, using the same payment receipt.
Once the call is closed, the abstracts will be sent for evaluation to the Scientific Committee. Please keep in mind that if too many oral presentations are submitted, the abstract will go through a selection process. Those abstracts that are not selected for oral presentation can be still presented as a poster.
All abstracts must be written in English, the body should not exceed 1,500 characters (including spaces), with no graphics or tables.
